Didn't realise you had a thread here. I have purchased some credits for this service and still have an active account. It works - but because has some issues I could not continue. I'll post my experience, also for the OP to learn and perhaps improve on the service.

First of all, the service works, but only Chinese bulk mobile numbers are available. They're pretty cheap, but you pay per SMS received, not per phone number. The number also cannot be recalled in future.

Getting verification codes to a Chinese mobile number presents problems for most websites: Sign up with a Chinese number and they expect the signup to come from a Chinese IP. In other words, unless you are from China or have Chinese IPs, these numbers are not useful, as they weren't to me.

Otherwise, works as advertised!
