Stuck BTC

So I send around £130 of btc to bitlaunder almost a week ago everything was fine at first took a few hours then appeared in my bitlaunder acc for me to then send somewhere else jumbled so I got my the wallet address i wanted to withdraw them to went through with it all went back onto my wallet and it showed the coins where coming back because there was an unconfirmed transaction coming in, so I thought leave it 24-48 hrs I should have my coins, anyway its now been 6 days still unconfirmed, on blockchain it is saying the funds are unspent output. The customer service of bitlaunder said I must have sent them to the wrong address but clearly if they are sitting unconfirmed at that address then they've went tot the right place?? Help how do I get them??

Can you post the txid? The transaction may have a low fee, or you have been scammed by BitLaunder (as many Bitcoin mixer sites are scams).
