Sorry for your friend but that account can't be sold at the suggested price. It's too much. Are you from the Philippines right? Look at those Facebook Groups regarding account selling and you can see that in Php3,000-4000 they can buy a maxed th10 with good level of heroes. Search for COC Buy and Sell.

I'm not familiar with account pricing so I am trying to get suggestions and offers. Like I said he's in a tight budget situation and in need of money for his tuition fee this month so he asked me to post it with this price.
I just postedthe infos he's given me. I don't play coc so I don't know if that's a maxed or what.

tons of scammers are in there so I prefer to do a trade in a forum like this or better in a pvp account selling site than in a facebook group where most people refuses to use escrow.

Yes I understand it but to tell you honestly the account was worthless since today's COC is not like the old times that is really worth it even at Town Hall 8. It's only less than Php1,000 based on my own view and that is a force sell since Php3,000 can find a maxed TH9 with decent level of heroes. My suggested price is based on PH pricing as an average price for those Facebook groups. Also the defense is only TH8. It can easily wipeout by a early TH9. Plus the heroes is really weak at the moment. Golem should be level 4. Walls are so light. Really not worth the amount your friend suggested. Since your friend really need the money right now no way this account can helped. If in some time your friend still planning to sell that account, make hero to max level at 30. Today's pricing is based on hero level as they are big help in output of every attack.

Yes there are really tons of scammers so people must know how to deal with it.
