For example, if I buy an hour of babysitting work, I can’t change the quality of this work by varying the price. How do I determine if a babysitter is good or not? Who will monitor the work? Will I have any legal relationship with a Labour-offering company? I have many other questions.

I also came across this chronobank issue but i have not understood it fully. People are now buying the LH tokens in exchange of man hours. I am not very sure how this is going to work on the side of people to provide the man hours. Does it mean that if i want to provide a service i also buy the LH tokens?. or it means that I will provide the service and be paid through the LH tokens?. I still have to understand a lot from this concept.
