Hello, everyone.One of my friends suggests me(https://www.changer.com)for exchange bitcoin to Doge coin.Then I visit the site and register here.After registering I also exchange Bitcoin to Doge coin.There fees are very low, Ans exchange completed within 1minute (instantly).
Anyone here, who used this site for exchanging?
Is it a legit site?

i dont know about changer.com, but i advice you to use exmo.com. best exchange for dogee, transaction fee is 1 doge, it is also very fast and they have good security system.

also they have no problem if you will use it for gamble. i am gambling with dogecoins and i am using exmo and its perfect.

i dont know about changer.com, but i advice you to use exmo.com. best exchange for dogee, transaction fee is 1 doge, it is also very fast and they have good security system.

though I found info that website 7year age and have big reserve of amount (currently 460k usd)
but a lot of people complain that in reality exchanging not instant and Very often you have to wait hours execution of a transaction.

I didn't use the website myself , I searched a little bit and all I could find was one scam accusation on Reddit but It's invalid as the poster edited his post stating that he go his money back and from the testimonials posted on the website I'd say they are legit comments and not from bots. Someone already asked your a question a few months back , you should check it too.

Unfortunately yet could not try this website but always read reviews changer platform.As far as remember Changer.com is a high-quality platform where users can exchange one digital currency to another in an easy and almost instant.Some of my close friends always using this site and i have good contact with them so according their experience they are happy using Changer.com service.

I have no idea about changer.com. I've never used it before and likely never will.

I actually prefer using cryptonator, for when I need to change my bitcoins. Haven't had any problems with it, the support is fast, fees are
low, and it's convenient. It's certainly more well-known than changer.com and their representative on the forum is fairly active. (At least they always show up and resolve things whenever there are issues.)

Base in my experience this changer.com i already exchange my perfect money funds 2 times use their service few months ago they are fine never had any problem they are just delay in minutes before your transaction reflect but its fine..
The rate are also good if you are member there you can get more less rate.

I am experiencing huge difficulties with changer.com
Any advice would be welcome.
I was trying to change Litecoins to Bytecoins. Biggest mistake. This happened during the cryptocurrency mini crash we just had this may.

My order is on it's  FIFTH DAY and still processing. I got one email back telling me that there was big issues with BCN   and have to restart the wallet and re-sync from scratch. Since then nothing. I have emailed and sent many messages in the chat. But no reply. We can see on their chat when is the last time they logged in. After no one being online at changer.com support for over 24hours, I came back later today to see that they had just logged off 5mn ago.  
They didn't bother replying to either my emails nor  my chat messages.

I have asked them numerous times to refund to my origin Litecoin address. But it's just silence while I watch the price of BCN and LTC go down and my investment melt away. This is costing me hundreds of euros in losses.

Any advice on how I should deal with changer.com to get a refund to my Origin LTC address would be hugely appreciated.

Its better to use shapeshift or changelly for crypto to crypto exchange. Also for exchange of small amount you will lost so much in fees from this platforms so you can store them in exchange wallets and don't cashout till you need it.

I have just used Changer.com to buy/sell BTC and other cryptocurrency to real USD (Perfect Money) as other exchange (ex: Coinbase) does not allow people in our country exchange cryptocurrency to real money (USD)
Otherwise, Bittrex and Poloniex only have USDT (Tether). They does not support BTC/USD pair.

I think changer.com is selectively scamming customers. I did a few small test exchanges no problem but the first time I did a larger exchange they claimed exchange complete but coins never received and the exchange is not on the blockchain. Emails to support are not being answered not a good sign. If this was just a stuck transaction support would be answering emails. Recommend you do not use changer.com.
