Because OP is clueless. Also explains the lack of windows wallets at launch and the retardedly high, 20% premine which equates to 10 YEARS of mining rewards.

It's being distributed among the company right now, and we had other future plans for applications and services with the coin but wanted to keep it simple for now as the additional project ideas didn't have any set date or timeframe, but other companies were interested in helping us work on the infrastructure. There's a lot of ideas posted on our website but it's behind since we reworked the source code so going to go back and update before presenting it for this coin's launch.

The network is currently generating blocks and you can mine new coins from your home wallet after it syncs using the "setgenerate true" command in the RPC console found in the debug console on the wallet client. Also make sure to paste the included .conf file in your appdata/roaming/novuscoin folder where the blockchain data is located.

Solo mining in wallet was possible only 5 min. Now is inpossible

The company had many plans for the coin before but have been silent lately so decided to keep the presentation simple and smooth, and as more features come in officially later as part of the plan I'll include it as well. I could've wrote on the prospected services from the original version but a lot of coins here have a bad habit of not actually following through on integrated services, so when I see the company owner Giovanni is serious about doing more services with the project I'll be sure to add it in a section here on the thread.
