Only R9 390 for zec

Old power hungry ASICs sucks right now from hashing point of view

I can sell you 10x MAT 256mh which is total of 2500MH scrypt / Nicehash paying last 24h = 82.64$ for 2500mh,

Will sell you them for 10000$ = ROI 121 days

Well GPU price depends on country. If R9 390 is expensive in your country try looking for older Radeon series cards like 7990. About s7, again I don't really know where are you from but look on ebay, saw a lot of those there

Radeon 7970,7990 and even a 6990 would be great if you can find them in good condition.
There are tons of Antminer S7s on ebay that include the PSU which are great deals in your situation.
Or you can even get an S5 if you can find them for ~100 bucks, much more rare though.

I wouldn't recommend him 6990 or s5. I mean something like 7990 or s7 is going to be pretty hard to sell after he's done with it, going for even older hardware would be just stupid at this point

Depends on how much your electricity costs and what gpus you can get for a specific price. There are plenty of RX 470s selling for used that go for fair prices on the forum and depending on how much you pay for electricity you can easily make more with a GPU than with any ASIC.

A 6990 easily hits 700 H/s on XMR, which right now is 0.078 XMR, or $1 daily.
The S5 also makes $0.7 of BTC daily (though I suppose that will go down unless price goes up)
OP has free electricity, so he'd have a relatively quick ROI depending on the deal he finds. There probably won't even be a need to sell these.

Old ASIC has not-good-enough hashrate and they may still be pretty expensive. And you are tied to Bitcoin and not too many other choices.
I'll vote for GPUs, since they are more flexible: if one coin doesn't worth it, other coins are still profitable. Also you can grow gradually, reinvesting your profits.
