If you don't know anything about it, maybe you're better off not being one.
(This might sound harsh, but actually, it's the best advice I can give you.)

I agree with Lutpin, if you don't know how to then better not to pursue it if you wanted to be one to manage companies campaign.

But these threads are going to be helpful if you are really that hard to be one. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0

thank you for your reply Mr. Lutpin. it's good to get an advice from an experienced signature campaign manager. I think when you first learn about this job, you knew nothing. I just want to learn. If I think I cannot do it, I wont.

Being a campaign manager is quite a lot of work. You have to keep track of all users, count their posts, disqualify low quality posts, look through user applications to accept/deny bitcointalk members, and keep your users stats updated in a spreadsheet.

There is also probably much more, I'm speaking based out of assumptions as I've never managed a signature campaign.

If you're good at staying organized and being efficient, you could look into being a signature campaign manager. However, you will need to do a lot more research.

it will take more time to qualify the posts of users because when you are really want to pay those who post constructive posts, you need to read it and the thread too.

however, keep learning and that is right to ask those signature campaign managers who are experienced.

Looks like a bought account to me. Either way, judging from your posts, I don't think you would be suitable enough to run a signature campaign. I believe owners hire people that provide a good value for their money, someone professional (like Lutpin.)

Here's the difference between you and him.

Lunpin has the ability to do it. He's organised, doesn't spampost shit for a few cents (which a few of your posts relate to), etc. you on the other hand, not so much.

As I know, they need build their own trust before being appoint as campaign manager since their responsibility is holding fund ( or not if they are using escrow ) , calculate participant's post , review participant post which is vital point for being manager

I can guess that being campaign manager if not easy as it look since it also cost time consuming but if you're still un-employee status in your real life, the income will be promosing !

I think it would be hard for you starting at this point. There are few guys doing that job very well already and most guys in need of advertizing will go for them.

Even you don't have some experience or new for that kind of thing, it's obvious what's the rule are by just looking at how those campaign managers are working for it here in this forum. With the questions like that you are currently not reached even the spot before the starting line.

Im sure you will got mad at me but Im just giving you some nice insights and hope that you will learn of it soon.

I see nothing wrong If you attempt being a Campaign Manager even though You have no experience prior to this thread. The first things first. You have to learn from the experts Campaign Manager. It wouldn't hurt If you take out time to observe how They manage Campaigns effectively. Next, You should attempt Creating , updating and maintaining a spreadsheet. Practice this along with tips You learn from the  experts, That should help you kickstart. Practice makes perfect, In time You'll get experience.

I am interested to be a signature campaign, but I do not know the rules and how to apply. Can anyone tell me?

If you don't know the rules you can just simply visit to each signature campaign and try to compare and read each of their rules. Most of them are just the same rule that has been set by the campaign manager and the campaign owner but they have their very own unique rule. Just study the basics first of management and together study Google docs spreadsheet.

Visit the forum enough times-> read nearly all new threads/posts -> Start getting annoyed by all the spam sig-participants make -> Start ranting about it -> Notice that you yourself are participating in one -> Start improving your post quality -> Quit being a sig participant for a while -> Join again and get all the bits -> Gain non-DT trust by being an awesome guy -> Get shocked when you get DT trust -> Now people will start trusting you when you say you want to be a manager -> Wait for that random chance where a new service that needs a campaign opens and chooses you to manage it for some damn reason -> One campaign done now the chances of someone else being recommended to you are higher -> Keep going -> Huh -> Profit?

Looking back, this was how I become one until I quit. It takes 1 year or more, not worth it at all I tell ya. Everything else is bullshit, you don't get to choose if people want you be a campaign manager, it just happens

Oh yeah, last thing. Improve your grammar and try using varying vocabulary.

Edit:

I think when you first learn about this job, you knew nothing.
Yes and no.
Fairly quickly after I joined this forum I became part of the management of the crypto-games.net signature campaign.
I had the chance to be involved in managing one without being the actual guy in charge, which allowed me to pick up on most things I needed to know.
I wouldn't have taken on a signature campaign on my own back then, so if it wasn't for that, I might not be a manager today.

Little time later, I was co-managing my second campaign, aka supporting mexxer in the ones he managed.
By the time I took over the cg campaign completely, I've already had quite some experience, which paid off, more offers began to fly in.
Which leads us to the important point:

you don't get to choose if people want you be a campaign manager, it just happens
Exactly this.

It will be hard for you to get a customer. First, you dont have enough knowlege about managing signature campaign. Second, you didn't do anything to contribute here in this forum. I can see that thru your trust rating. You have a neutral trust. Usually staff members or trusted members are usually running a sig camp.

You know its hard to manage signature campaign if you dont know what you're doing. Better ask for advice of sig camp managers here.

In my observation these days some campaigns who just starts their campaigns hire their signature maker to manage their campaign as the same time. It's like a package deal speacially for campaigns who is in a tight budget or not yet familiar with campaign managers here. I think that's how some people begin to manage campaigns and so they will gain experience and they will be able to continue managing campaigns who requires managers who already have experience.

It is not that simple to be a signature campaign manager you first need to have some experience of running any signature/avatar campaign previously and also you have to gain some trust from community so that signature campaign participants can trust you.

You shouldn't copy work or opening post design from other signature campaign manager and should follow all the rules set here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0

There are already many trusted and experienced signature manager here in the forum so it will be almost impossible for new one to become signature campaign manager these days, but if you can make some good proposal to the owner of some bitcoin related sites than they may be interested in making you campaign manager for their signature or other social media campaigns.

It's like a package deal speacially for campaigns who is in a tight budget or not yet familiar with campaign managers here. I think that's how some people begin to manage campaigns and so they will gain experience and they will be able to continue managing campaigns who requires managers who already have experience.

Agree with you. I also think that everyone has a chance to become a signature campaign manager. It is hard work and there are already some experienced managers in the forum. However new companies start their campaigns and probably existing campaign managers can't manage all the campaigns that have been appearing.

In my observation these days some campaigns who just starts their campaigns hire their signature maker to manage their campaign as the same time. I think everybody can become a campaign manager as long as the person willing to work hard, the most important thing is you need to build up your reputation, you need to active everyday , it will help a lot if you got trust from DT member, and we need to regenerate new manager so when a company want to have a signature campaign the owner got more option to choose the manager
