I am interested to be a signature campaign, but I do not know the rules and how to apply. Can anyone tell me?

1. why do you like to become a signature campaign manager? 
2. Do you have any experience in that position or idea about the duties and responsibilities?

I said this because this is not an easy job. You are getting the trust of the community, and the success of the new coin lunch is in the hand of the campaign manager.

If anyone wants a good look at campaign managers they actually come from the same place as “escrows” in bitcoin community. First you need to be trusted and to be trusted you need to be known and respected.

There are people who work as campaign managers now and not even make a salary amount of money that has a looong standing relation with bitcointalk community. Same for escrows, sometimes they do not even get money but in return they get trust ratings.

So long story short you need to be here for a while and than earn the respects of people to be able to offer your services as campaign manager.

According spreadsheet, On 7th week, Boxxob still wear Bitdice's signature and got paid 0.086 btc with 24 qualified posts (0.0015 btc*24 posts=0.036 btc + 0.05 btc (as manager) =0.086 btc). Then, i think he decided to remove their signature and only focus with managing the campaign, so he just got paid 0.05 btc weekly from 8th week until now

I accept the fact that managing a campaign is a hell lot of work than being in a campaign as you have to monitor every post from the users and the head ache increases if you are managing a really big campaign as you have to count the number of posts as well as the quality and make the payment in time.Patience is the key to become a campaign manager and you have to build up a good reputation and you can very well contact the advertisement party if you really wanted to manage the campaign.

You are already into a campaign so just assume what are steps your campaign manager does take to manage and run your campaign successfully. You need to develop skills for those steps (requirements) accordingly.

I guess usually managers use some tools to frequently check participants signature holder and more importantly you must be aware of spam control/ prevention /identification techniques.

I guess to be signature Campaign Manager is not that easy job, you need a lot of time to make it and have it, like checking all the posts of your participants, where it is constructive or spamming member ( but it is according to your agreement of the advertiser ).
But then to be SG Maager on the in the making, I think you need to have good feedback from this community, to be trusted one, I guess the better move to have it is to make name here, like start on making designs, avatars, BBCodes, and even promoting something, so your name will be known through that, then people will gonna be assured that you really do good job.

There is alot of work involved in managing a campaign and putting up with alot of heart ache. You can see that from the posts in that campaign thread from people complaining about not being paid for posts up to not being paid at all. I got paid by accident for one week but paid them back so he does not get into trouble for that error which I do not think was on his part.

Becoming a signature campaign manager should  take years on the forum and you need to have certain attributes to be one,be trusted by many as well  and being an active member here.

You really don't need to be in this forum for years to manage a signature campaign but you need to be trusted by the team giving you the job.

As i said earlier managing a signature campaign is not rocket science but you should be a trusted member to be enrolled in that position and the success of a new coin launch is not entitled in the hands of a signature campaign manager,the idea must be unique and if you have a good product then success will follow and advertisement is an integral part to get the maximum exposure.

Learning how bitcoin works in details is really hard to do though. I have been in bitcoin for quite awhile already but until now I still don't know how to set up mining software and the rest of the information. I was destructed and stray from learning them all after I discover about trading btc and altcoins. If someone can focus well, he should be good with what is needed to know about crypto. But even so, its always the reputation in the forum that always matter to win trust and jobs from a group of developers.

Well, if you are not believe me, you can always ask directly to him, right? (He's your own campaign manager though) or you can look on lastest bitdice's spreadsheet for 10th weeks and scroll down until you find his nick. Being paid 0.05 btc a week for managing a campaign with 25 members is reasonable i think.

The title is different from the content you asked about, but I would like to answer your title question. I think that to be a good signature campaign manager you first should have experience and be in the forum for a while because being a newbie and becoming a signature manager is a bad thing and would not be good for the campaign owner because you are managing their marketing. Another thing is to have good and lots of contacts so they can contact you directly not making a contest here in forum to choose the best campaign manager.
