I have a Kenwood TK-7160 VHF mobile radio that covers 136-174 MHz.

This will work for fire departments, EMS, police, security, preppers, and ham radio.

50 Watts output, MDC1200 Signaling, Decode/Encode

I cannot program it but the cable is $12 on eBay and the software is free online.
