That's why you need be very care full before investing into gambling, even if you belong to same country also government will not support and entertain you to play for gamble. Online scams are happening from long time ago and there is no any authority specially designed to look at this types of scams. And the main problem with bitcoin based casino or investment platform is that nobody knows the real name of owner and other details so when they shut their website down and transfer investors fund to some unknown bitcoin address than it will be really hard to find out where all those bitcoin end up. Better to only invest after deep analysis of any platform also if you can get some personal details of owner or the company behind it than you can file legal case if they run away, but success rate will be really low for this.

Sad to read this but there is no method that a investor can recover his money back, all you can do is give the site a negative mark and make sure you tell people to stay away from it. One more method you could do is ask Google to take it down, they are doing it and find forums where the site has accounts and list your problems, in case the site wants to resume It may pay you out. But sadly there no legal procedure one can apply, as the site doesn't force you, you give your consent. I think you should edit the post and name the site and have it moved in gambling discussion so all out there can also be safe.

There are many investment site found in the world and they are many types on investment. We have a legal investment which is if you had invest into it then they have an error of their company, they will refund you. Unlike private company, if you have an error of this company you cannot get your money back because it is a private, usually the profit is bigger than legal investment and almost of the victims is because of this.

if you want real legal advice then ask a real lawyer to guide you about this.
but in my experience as a regular guy, it is very hard to legally pursue these scammers who may scam you online using bitcoin. because of being in a different country, being somewhat anonymous most of the time and using bitcoin.
also you should remember that when you are investing in something like a casino bankroll you are agreeing on some terms and those terms include case of losses in case the casino lost a lot. there is nothing you can do in that case.

More less, you cannot do anything about it besides being smart and not investing into 5% per day get rich quick schemes. This is not related only to BTC, it s related to all other online ponzi and HYIP projects.

BE SMART, do not let your greed control you. If you see an opportunity which is above any sane market rate, send them an email and ask how is this possible and why would they sell this opportunity. They either wont reply or will give you some BS. Ask for proof, photos, etc. If you do not get it, do not invest. Simple.

That is an obvious risk that a gambler encounters that's why be careful storing coins in any gambling sites. While you are gambling with the usual gambling type, you are doing gambling too to your coins against the gambling sites itself.

Use multisig with escrow.

Trust can simply be decentralized that way and no need for "enforcement of contract".

Hire 2-3 trusted escrows, put funds in multisig, and setup a system in which if either of the escrows scams people you can still rely on the other 2 to safely store your money or investment.

This is the best model that I can see, and I think investment sites and gambling sites should work like this.

You most probably won't be able to do anything and chances are almost nil if both parties do not have a real written agreement or any sort of proof which can be put forward. Even if you are from the same country without any form of legal documents between two parties nothing can be done at all. So better be careful while making investments.

there will be no action for this, we can not contact the owner, our bitcoin is loss, and we only regret for what we've done before. its difficult if we want to recover and its more difficult if we use all of our bitcoin to make investment. i think the legal system can not process this because bitcoin not have legacy by government so i think its not help.
