That transaction took place between me and www.instantgold.ng on the date stated and as you can see from the date and status of transaction, everything should have been ok. I got that number from a blockchain app i downloaded and intalled on my pc and after that i didn't know what happened again. I couldn't log in and my BTC has never been found till date. pls i need help. since the blockchain app refused to work, i removed(uninstalled) it from my pc. pls what do i do to recover my BTC. It should be worth quite a lot now and its hanging somewhere.

Thank you.

Contact their support, just looked at https://blockchain.info/address/15HVom4iU7DzGCdPh5atFpoZAFYZXZ2nzM and the address you have posted above have received some bitcoin more than a year ago. Its hard to figure out what actually is your problem, can you post transaction id of your bitcoin deposit?

I have lost the secondary password of my 0.5BTC wallet, so you're not the only one if it makes you feel better.. Now the price is going to go up because the total available supply just went down with 0.3BTC. Cheesy I do not think there is anything you can do unless you have the backup of your account. What do you mean by "a Blockchain pc app"? I only heard of a Blockchain mobile app, not of a PC one too. Maybe you downloaded a scam app and it stole your password.. But I doubt it, because if this happened your money would have been transferred already to some other wallet.

Are you sure you installed blockhain wallet? You are using a mac pc? I don't thunk here is a desktop version of blockchain wallet for windows device. Checking the wallet and it seem that it still has the money you are looking gor. Do you have a backup of your wallet in your email or somewhere? I don't think blockchain is helping with recovery of wallets at all.

Blockchain wallet right?
Have you ever backup your funds?  Do you ever made 12 word wallet recovery phrase in case if you forget the password? as you said don't have any password. Maybe it can a little bit help https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/211205343-I-forgot-my-password-What-can-you-do-to-help-
This one too https://blockchain.info/wallet/security
Maybe your last chance to try any combination that maybe you ever made.

In creating a wallet in blockchain you will get this pass phrase key or something which you will use to login to the wallet. Do you still have that? It was supposedly sent in your email. Now if the problem is you don't know your password, there is no y you can recovwr it. Blockchain don't help with password recovery see their faqd with the link give b that guy above. By any chance have you made a copy of the privatekey?

the one sent to the email is the wallet id, a long string of numbers that are needed to log in.

of course the password is not sent to the email address

lost password might be solved for the support(but I wouldn't hold high hopes), but for lost wallet id I guess there is nothing that can be done

I am afraid it is hard to recover the btc, especially when its two years old transaction. Did u able to find the hash for this transaction at that point of time. That would have helped if the transaction really took place or not.

If you even don't know which email you have used for that old wallet you can't know the wallet identifier so it will be almost impossible for you to recover that wallet. Try to check every email you may have made or you were using in past for blockchain.info wallet welcome mail.

So, you have BTC0.3, good amount to lose it. Yes, it seems impossible since you've got nothing, where all the pass phrase, email, and password? Don't you write it down instead of just memorized it? Consider the money had gone for good if you can't find the email and blockchain wallet in your inbox.
But really, how much email account do you have? You may check them one by one and looking for the welcome mail.
Overall, I think you can make it, good luck in your quest for the email.

If you can't remember anything you could start by asking for help from the support team of blockchain.info here's their email (support@blockchain.zendesk.com). The big problem here is the password  because if you don't really remember which password you used you'll have to bruteforce your way through it.
