the user kiklo https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357609 used to only spam his FUD about bitcoin in altcoin boards but he is expanding his teritory and is now spreading false information, lies, FUD,... about bitcoin all over the forum while advertising his altcoin in his signature space and also in his posts.

example:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1599000.msg17616208#msg17616208
https://archive.fo/P85sT

see his post history https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357609;sa=showPosts
https://archive.fo/Yunyr

at the very least he deserves a negative trust for trolling and spreading false information on multiple occasions.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think that I have reported him at least once in the past for trolling and to my knowledge, he was not banned.

The forum doesn't have an exact stance on these matters, therefore it leaves users a lot of *room* to troll/FUD before they ban them.

I'm not exactly sure whether a negative rating is the best course of action here. There are more qualified people to elaborate on that one.

IMHO,it is not what I could call a total troll.Pure sarcasm or overly cool humor.Having said that,I did not go through the entire post history of the account.Just first couple of random posts. They are not even one liners or off-topic in a way, conflict of opinions. If I was you,I'd use the ignore button.

Ignore button is probably your best bet. I just read through a few pages of their recent posts and didn't find anything that warrants a ban. A couple posts are of questionable quality, but you don't get banned for having one bad post in twenty. Any of their opinions that I assume you are referring to as FUD can be responded to reasonably.
