Hello guys,

I have 467$ paypal coming from my freelance account straight to my email and I am looking for someone who wants 100% safe way to get paypal with their bitcoin. I will only accept rates of 1:1 or 10%. I will go with the person who offers the lowest.

how this will work? you just add my email to your paypal. when I receive money to this email it will then land in your account. Once sent I no longer have control over the money.

You will need to use escrow from the trusted escrow list no matter what level you have on here because I have been scammed last week out of my money and can't get it back.

scammers don't even waste your or my time I will never send first no matter what you say.

This offer is for 12AM UTC when I receive my payment.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Clever, but it's 100% bullshit that it can't be charged back. I wouldn't bother trying to convince people that it's 100% safe because no one here is that naive.

Also, your rate of "1:1 or 10%" makes no sense at all. Basically you'll accept whatever rate people ask for then.
