It'd be suspicious if he was making it look like a wonderful thing.
That's not the quite the feeling I was getting from the comic. What I got was that it is no worse than the banking system and stock market anyways, and the bankers won't be able to extract their pound of flesh for the "privilage" to use your hard earned money. To me, at least, that sounds neutral to slightly positive, in an everything-is-already-screwing-me-over kind of way.
I must say the three of you are all humor-impaired. It's a joke! It's making fun of ... Never mind. I'm not going to explain it.
