Theres a section under Bitcoin called Project Development but where do you post a project involving an Altcoin?

Specifically, in Announcements (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0), if it's an altcoin or altcoin token that's more like some sort of new blockchain tech / coin rather than a traditional investment token / share / whatever (those go in Marketplace (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0)) and if it's a website / external service, it belongs in Service Announcements (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0).
