My 2nd paypal account has been permanently limited caused by the same reason: “you are in violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy”.

My accounts are very old. Established seller with decent transaction history. CC and Bank account verified. And now they have unused balance stuck for 180 days.

I know hiribi is unlikely to be responsible for this.
Please fix your system and provide qualified funds! Or you are going to lose many customers!

but recently I feel a bit strange on them.

They seem to disappear slowly.

Alex who used to actively replying to emails, never responds to my messages and questions.

They are also inactive in this forum

Yes, their speed are too slow recent days. I still has $5000 hasn't done. I won't use their exchange any more until they full filed my order. Most order place 4-5days and just get $10, some other orders hold more than 10 days without any money. So guys, be careful.At least, I am worry my money which still haven't received!
