Hi,

I have a very basic question. I started to use the service. We pay to HiRiBi as BTC and they send $ to PP (PayPal). But i wonder if one day, this amount transferred to paypal can be refunded? PP transfers are reversible as i know.

It's about PP but i really wonder how HiRiBi invests this or what is behind, and also if sustainable? I just want to know if it's irreversible or not indeed? This is maybe asked before, so sorry about it if it was.

Paypal reserves 180 days for refunds to be successfully processed. With that in mind, these folks will almost surely pull the plug right before that. If a sender claims the account was compromised, there is a 99.9% chance that a buyer will get the funds back within 20 days period.

We cant accept daily personal exchange amount more than 3k USD for one user daily because we have a lot of orders and it's not good for business and other customers.
We have started Business Club activities and already get more than 100 active members. So we have to fulfill our obligations for all customers not only for "big amount" users.
It would be honest, is it not?

But we are working on our increasing and hope that we can accept bigger daily exchange amount in near future.

It's funny that you say this today, I'm from the business club and because of you I closed my PP business for 9 years with all the money that was inside. As you do not explain it in private, let's see if you do it through the forum.

Explain here how it is possible for you to write p2p file downloads when you know that it is prohibited by PayPal. Why do they do it and with what purpose?

I'm in the same boat. Part of business club and got my paypal of 10 years limited today as well. 

I didn't receive an email or any message regarding the limit so I'm not sure which transaction caused it.

I think it's the returns, in one of them I was claiming that I promised a higher download speed than I had. I asked for explanations for this message and Alex does not pronounce. Today they have investigated a payment and have automatically closed the account

Yeah, I suddenly started receiving emails from the buyers complaining about the digital services. I was advised to disregard them so I did. I hope it's not going to be a problem to withdraw the money sitting in the account after 180 days.

After 4 attempts they still do not reopen the PP account. Paypal to clarified that in the returns there are comments on p2p and premium accounts of downloads. With regard to money, they have the obligation to return it after 180 days but you can never use the account again, never.

I have been working with Hiribi for quite long time. Few pp accounts had been limited permanently. After 180days, I can still withdraw money out from those accounts.

The accounts close them because they ask for money claims opening disputes. And not only that, in the comments they mention web pages such as www.keep2share.com and allusions to premium download account services, something that is prohibited by PayPal and as you can see everyone in the world Alex does not give explanations. I could use other methods of payment and it does not, for something it will be. They will continue to fall accounts.

I always write to support, but it is very boring. Now i will loose my businesclubb member, because they can't keep the time.
