No the accounts are not shared , purchases by me .

I can guarentee the account for 6 months because they are connected to a prepaid credit card or gift card this paid up for six months that is activated at the time of purchase

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.
