So I like the Suicide Raffle idea. It's basically that I'll take 8 spots and let you guys take the other 8. If I win I'll get the BTC that you put in and I get to keep the set, but if you win I'll get the BTC and have to send you the set. Why would this be fair? Well I'm only taking tickets for half of the items value. So Either I'll "sell" it for half price, or I'll get half of it's value in return.

Were these bars really $200? For some reason I thought they were around $100-ish

I think they were $175 / set. But then there's the shipping cost too, perhaps I should have specified.
