Has bitinstant been delaying for anyone?

Made a zip zap payment 3 hours ago and got an email but haven't got confirmation email from bitinstant yet and there's no funds in mt gox yet.

If you use your MT Gox account number it usually only takes 30 minutes.  If you use your username it can take longer.  I use my acount number and it has never taken longer than 30 minutes.  I used my username once and it took like 6 hours and only after I messaged BitInstant in their thread here on the forum.
