Lately it feels like we're losing the values that Bitcoin was built on to corporations, government control, and just plain greed so after reading  https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/ethereum-crossroad-corporate-interest-grows/ the question is if ethereum does re-license is this just one more step to losing what this was all built upon

Maybe just post this on the actual ETH thread, instead of making a new one.  Shocked

ETH has the backing of the big banks and Microsoft. Just to name a few. Definitely worth bagging a few while it's still cheap.

It is cheap..i mean look at those other projects on http://coinmarketcap.com/ . They really have no future and their usage is and will be all about speculation. And projects like litecoin that are all about speculation have almost 25% of ethereum's market cap. So yeah, he's right, it is cheap. But you know how things work, even in projects outside crypto space: even if you have a good product but shareholders sell or think it worth less than it does, they sell and the price goes down. Or, you can have a shit product but the holders think it worths more or for whatever reason they don't sell, the price can go up.
From my POV of view, all these useless projects out there have to exist to provide competition, therefore an incentive for devs / community to do better or be taken over. This is why i will never buy litecoin, i know it's useless from a currency / technological point of view, but i also know it has to exist.
If i were you i'd sell all these shitcoins controled by the chinese, wether owned or mined (litecoin) and make them bagholders. Give them a taste of their own medicine, since they manipulated bitcoin and litecoin for years now.
