It seems to be the only exchange which was working fine during the last days... Mtgox was down, btc24 is out of service etc...

Any experiences with this company?

I personally wouldn't at least not for the moment. I Still haven't received my funds despite 8 days passing since Transferwise confirmed transfer of the money. SEPA usually takes 24/48 hours!

Also their customer support is appalling.

Its a bit sad as they looked to be so promising. Hopefully they will sort out their problems and hire some more staff in the coming months

It lacks volume and therefore liquidity.
BTC withdrawals and deposits work OK.

The key is to immediately spend your fiat and send your bitcoins to a cold wallet.

Do not keep money or BTC in an exchange.  It is not safe.
