I'm starting a new paid to click website, I requested for an API code in Blockchain, but they rejected me... Can anybody guide me how to get API code?

Check their api key terms https://api.blockchain.info/v2/apikey/terms
They don't give keys to any gambling site and they may have considered your as same. You can try using bitpay with your ptc site or you can try blocktrail api.

Actually my ptc site has already integrated Blockchain only. Do I need any coder to integrate bitpay and blocktrail?

Actually there is not much difference between blocktrail and blockchain api so you may ask the same coder to replace blockchain with blocktrail here is api guide for blocktrail https://www.blocktrail.com/api/docs

Bitpay provides easy to integrate payment plugin so if you have little bit knowledge on coding than you can have a look at this https://bitpay.com/docs

Also we want to run API but we need ethereum we afraid that payment processor can take our funds we here sad stories wich one you recommend me thanks alot
