I have a trading account at LBC - https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/convertekk/. You can request a trade there too.

The fee is 10% for Skrill and 12% for Neteller. I might consider a discount for repeat transactions.

Any approved escrow on this forum is fine. Fee will be paid by you for escrow.

Due to buyer protection on Skrill & Neteller, the volumes will be limited for the first few transactions until we gain trust.

For instant responses, please PM.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I have 150$ on skrill. I need to buy BTC. Can I get any discount ?

Limit of 0.1 btc for the 1st 3 transactions. 99 USD for 0.1 and you will have to bear the transaction fee and escrow fee.
