Hmm, there is no methods that you can get a full region without requesting a limit increase, it's hard to get full region these days unlike in the last year I can easily get full region in only one week but now they are rejecting my request I don't if my method is already busted, just try to create offer on Fiverr maybe you can find a person that can help you.
