I think its better to sell your bitcoin face to face. If you know friends or people who want to buy bitcoin. You can ask them to buy your bitcoin. I think its more convenient way to convert your bitcoin into cash without getting discover that you are underage. You can cash out you btc directly on the person you trade with your bitcoin.

If you look in this forum, under services, or even under Goods, you can see several services that will send you a physical debit card for your bitcoin without verification. This you can just use at any ATM to withdraw cash. I understand bitplastic.com also do the same thing. The downside might be the fees and the rates, which won't be as good.

Is there really an ATM Machine for bitcoin?
Yes. It's mostly one way though. OP, you need to check if the ATM has any requirements for ID verification. Some places do require IDs to exchange Bitcoins. Many of those debit cards specifically prohibits Bitcoin related transactions and they also have quite a fee attached. Bitplastic.com is a scam and please do not advise anyone to use it.

First of all, I'm not even sure how to withdraw BTC at all, but my problem is bigger than that. Say for example I'm underage (no access to CC) and I have a couple of BTCs which I want to withdraw. How can I do this if we take into account that I can't ask anyone to use their CC, PayPal, whatever?
Get a bank account opened by your parents and withdraw the money, it can't be that complicated. If you don't want to depend on your parents, you are going to need to meet with someone in real life through localbitcoins and get them exchanged for cash, I don't see any other way.

No problem to get your money. you can sell your bitcoin to anyone near to you and he can pay you cash, Or you can do that: Exchange your bitcoin to fiat to anyone you trust which he had a credit card. Maybe your parents or best friends, and give him your money to withdraw your money with her CC by ATM. I don't think this is a problem, with bitcoin you can always find a solution.

From what I know even kids can have a Bank account, from there on you can easily withdraw your Bitcoin and convert it to Fiat if your Wallet allows that kind of option. They are the ones who will convert the current price of Bitcoin equal to the Fiat they will send to your Bank Account. It is one of the easy and hassle free ways to convert your Bitcoin.

If you are allowed in your country to have a bank account when you are minor then you can withdraw funds. For example on localbitcoins if you trade Bitcoins for payments to bank account, it should be no problem, localbitcoins will not ask you the proof that you are not underage. The other opportunity is to trade Bitcoins face to face.

Most banks allow minors to have their own accounts, they just need to come with a parent, who agrees to being legally responsible in case of fraud and so on. I had a bank account as a minor and my own CC and used to get pocket money wired in there If OP can't do it I'd recommend a transaction via localbitcoins. PayPal is not the best option, they may block your account if they find out it's used for trading bitcoins and the buyer could scam you with a chargeback.

There were already lots of easy way to cash out money without having a bank account and age does not matter. In our country there is that cashless instant ATM cash out and lots of cash out options , some of it didn't requires age , just an identification in creating an account in such local wallet. It is nice that it can be used with or without identification yet it's still safe and secure to use.

Do you mean that you want to exchange them to fiat and then withdraw them from whichever exchange? There is one exchange within Canada that allows for you to withdraw via a check to your bank account, and I do not believe that they require any sort of age verification or government ID, however they do have to ask at a certain point. They only need ID if you exchange between USD and CAD iirc.

It depends on every country laws, some countries allow minors to have bank accounts and debit cards. I think that the best case is if you can sell your bitcoins to a friend (or someone that you know) and he/she pays you on fiat money.

Meet up face-to-face. Find Bitcoiners in your area and I'm pretty sure there would be people interested in purchasing Bitcoins off you. Else, you can find someone on this forum that will do mail in cash for BTC for you.
An example of a platform that does this is localbitcoins and they have a pretty good escrow system.
I was corrected few days back by one of the moderators on how dangerous it is to make transaction with someone on this forum, so just be very careful or get a recommendation from a trusted member by PM

I thing it would very easy process nowadays bitcoin exchange, there so many platform to sell your bitcoin and withdraw fiat into your bank account.Just use right direction to do this cause there many fraud attempts your around.
Clearly i was not able to understand what you are trying to convey, using an exchange to sell your coins could negate the frauds around you I think its better to sell your bitcoin face to face. If you know friends or people who want to buy bitcoin. You can ask them to buy your bitcoin. I think its more convenient way to convert your bitcoin into cash without getting discover that you are underage. You can cash out you btc directly on the person you trade with your bitcoin.
Face to face dealing of bitcoin or any currency with strangers is a dangerous proposition and that too he said he is underage .So try selling it with the help of an exchange and ask the help of your elders bank account to withdraw the money rather than any other methods.

Thanks for the info on bitplastic... I found it and bookmarked through news sites but always good to do some due diligence before trying any service. About debit cards, I'm talking about the ones sold with preloaded debit or a prepaid card which you buy with bitcoin. The only transaction will be bitcoin to the seller.

Since you can't use others CC as you said, the best option would be to ask on forums whether you have people living near you who wnat to buy Bitcoins. You meet in a cafe, they give you cash, you transfer BTC to their address. But be careful, do it in a crowded place in the center of a city, like in McDonald's for example.

Why not use other wallet provider? I know there are some wallet providers that allows you to withdraw bitcoin even though you are still under age as long as you can provide an identification that you are the legit owner of that wallet!~

So, you can't do anything. For withdrawal your bitcoin especially for exchanging it for the money and you might have CC, Paypal or something is using for withdrawal your money although you can try to sell them for your close person and you won't need any more like PayPal or cc.
