0º Floor: Kitchen, StayRoom, WC and room (or studyroom).
1st Floor: 2 BedRoom, balconies, with WC (with Whirlpool), and a suite with balconies.

I have this house and I don't live here. I tryed on real states, but no success... only get sh*t conversations, smalltalk, they talk a lot but do nothing... If you understand what I mean.

I am a Bitcoin follower and defender, now I decided sell it for Bitcoin.
I only need a real/trust bitcoin buyer for this house.

this is an interesting idea  ( even if nothing new here ) that's not the first time this happened ( i also remember smoothie ( distributor of  Lealana's coins ) have proposed to sell a house in Hawaii for BTC  .. ( smoothie: correct me if I'm wrong .. )

by the way, I actually seriously think to do the same with my house in France ...    I will take more info from a lawyer on how this could be done in a smooth way ..

in my country when you sign the contract you need to say where the funds come from: ie cash, bank account.
In this trade how did you want declare the payment you receive?
Are you sure you can tell btc payment or maybe you need some exchange?

I cant talk for others, but in my project concern, this is absolutely not a problem: bitcoins will come from the buyer   lol

Its great to see someone from europe who is trading his house for 270 bitcoin, as I imagine the design as well as its extent I think the price is fair enough . I wish that I could buy a house from the other country with bitcoin but the problem is that I only have a few number of it . Anyway goodluck to you man I hope that you would meet the right buyer .

Only pre-requisite for interests is: the interessed needs have a Lawyer in Portugal country.
If you can not have one, I can take a random lawyer for you.

Thats a good one if Portugal dont have a strict financial rule concerning the purchase and transfer of real estate because over here with that amount of money, to buy a house then I will have to explain where it is coming from and how I manage to have such huge amount as Fiat because  bitcoin popularity is still low here so I have to convert to Fiat before going for such transaction. But the issue is not buying alone but for me who doesnt even have a Portugese visa or permit, of what use will the house be for me?...
