The goal being to educate people about Lisk, I would rather allow new users only for the first few months, but if we run short, then yes... but no guarantee there.

Note for all participants: At the beginning of every meeting, normally Max writes a longer statement on important things.
It would be nice if you post your smiley's and "Hello, I'm ..." not during this statement. Better before or after...
