What happened:

 I purchased 3 months of IPTV for 0.042 BTC which stopped working days later.  I have sent a PM which has gone unanswered though I have seen him active on at least two occasions since which is why I have opened this accusation.

It looks like you are confusing neutral trust with positive trust. In this case, the user in question does not have any positive trust from a DT member.

I was confused but I shouldn't have been.  I know that "trusted feedback" is meant for me based on my settings - but I confused it with positive feedback for paltoco because it doesn't appear in red.  I see now that he doesn't have any positive trust conferred to him though I do see the negative.
