it is difficult to scam paypal so dangerous to buy these kind of accounts with absolute limit will happen? hah try to use this amount instead of selling if you can

a very bad idea  for anyone to buy an account that paypal credit for three goods reasons
1 not every shop/buniness can accept paypal credit
2 you can transfer money out of the credit account
3 paypal will use all it power to trace you and as soon you use it one it will be useless

as well as a newbie which is selling this that's tell me everything you need to now this is a scam ad a very bad attempted at it to.

and most important,the account is made with stolen identity of a real person (Fullz) and using someones  credit/money is stealing  (crime)
