Best way to lear a new language is to learn speaking first. Throughout the process, you'll know grammatical rules. THEN you learn vocabulary

Well, learning a new language typically requires knowing it's background, specifically, the culture of that certain country. That's where you start knowing the basic words. It always starts with one word, then it you'll know you're learning if you can start constructing some phrases, and then it will basically leads you to making sentences.

The best way to learn a language is to have a lot of interest on the country and culture. If you just study it for just studying, you will definitely take a long time.

I think that best idea to learn new language is basing on past knowledge. It means it's easy to learn chinease when you already know japanese.

Practice make perfect. You need to get yourself in a setting where you can practice with native speakers of the language. You will pick up the skills quite fast.

Practical way of leaning a certain language is to live with them. By leaning a language you must know how their culture worked, So for me by living in that certain place you're not just leaning their language but you've learn their native culture.

First you need to move to the place where you want to learn the language ,secondly build or start up a relationship with a new friend and then start practicing it but then you need to know the minor ones, thirdly if you learn one use it in daily conversation followed by their stories and music.
