You are wasting your time here for waiting any one because no one going to trust newbie for amount like this better you try to withdraw from paypal account in your bank and then buy bitcoins with some other  methods

The rates for paypal are usually 20%+

no one in their right mind would only charge 5% fee.

However, if you are willing to transfer the paypal balance and wait 181 days for escrow to release I think you will get a few people that are interested.

Also, what he is actually doing is cashing out hacked, cracked and phishing acquired paypal accounts. It is not his funds really. A good point made by others is that buying bitcoins using paypal is -10% to -20% if it is legit and coming from a legit and trusted member.
