Hello Miners,

Does anyone have a clue why cgminer is not working based on the following information?

I Installed amd-driver-installer-catalyst-13.1-legacy-linux-x86.x86_64.run and ADL_SDK_5.0.zip and AMD-APP-SDK-v2.8-lnx32.tgz

Here is my card
xubuntu@xubuntu:~/Downloads$ lspci  | grep VGA

ubuntu@xubuntu:~$ sudo fglrxinfo
display: :0  screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI Radeon HD 3470
OpenGL version string: 3.3.11627 Compatibility Profile Context

xubuntu@xubuntu:~$ sudo aticonfig --adapter=0 --odgt
Adapter 0 - ATI Radeon HD 3470
            Sensor 0: Temperature - 53.00 C

xubuntu@xubuntu:~$ export DISPLAY=:0
xubuntu@xubuntu:~$ export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1

xubuntu@xubuntu:~$ sudo cgminer -n

Is your X windows started ?
X must be running, otherwise it wont work. And check xorg.conf.

If you are trying that from xterm, then I have no other clue for you Smiley
