MTGox Withdrawal issue

Hi lads.

I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but I withdrawn euro from my MTGox account, on the 04.04.13 and 11 days later it is still in confirmed status.

Now, I understand that they are under extreme pressure with the new accounts daily and all, but in general what I'm hearing from the BTC community is that a withdrawal shouldn't take more than 5-10 days.

My biggest issue that the status of the withdrawal is only confirmed and not even processed yet. Which means that the bank transfer will take at least a couple of more days.

Any info appreciated.

Yes.

Although I sent support an e-mail about 5 days ago about my withdrawal limits and that hasn't been answered yet.

I sent a withdraw too, to my US bank account, it shows processed since friday 12th april, but it doesn't appear yet on my account. For me they only take a business day for funds to show, don't know what happened.

Mine was a withdrawal made on the 04.04.

Someone on another thread got an answer from support and they say that they have 2 weeks of backlog on withdrawals.

I just don't like the idea that they can process the inbound moneys in 3 days, but the outgoing takes over 2 weeks.

But there is not much we can do, unfortunately this is the liability of our game.

Yeah, at least I think Mt.Gox, thanks to the strict AML policy and overall security is the exchange least likely to be raided by the FBI or hacked.
