I can't post this anywhere else so I am posting it here.

User Lieutenant Dan took my MoneyPak, confirmed he received the money, and never sent my coins. I've sent him numerous PM's and have not received a reply.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I heard from one of his other customers and he did send them their coins. I still have not heard from him about mine.

No which I know was very stupid of me. After seeing a confirmation from someone else that they received their coins, I figured he was safe to deal with. I know better now.

Got any proof you sent money?  Screenshots of PMs confirming deal/sending/etc.

Here's the last PM I received from him saying that he sent me the coins. He signed off as soon as he sent the message and I have not heard from him since. I've sent a few PMs saying that I haven't received the coins and sent him the link to this thread. I know he has been logged in a few times since I sent my messages. I can't see my sent PMs for some reason. I tried using the MoneyPak to transfer to Paypal and it said the code has a $0 balance.

Since Dan isn't online to defend himself:
I asked him about this guy. He said this guy backed out when Dan tried to escrow the payment. Dan has agreed to escrow my pending payment. Will report back when successful.

I didn't back out. I sent him the MP number and he confirmed he received it and said he sent my coins.

Can a Mod tell me how I could view my sent PM's so I can post the entire conversation?

You can't unless you setup archiving.  See my stickied post in the newbie section.  Can you still redeem the MP code?  I talked to him and he said after he told you to escrow with John K you stopped responding.

Can you post a screen shot proving that he said he sent the coins?  Make sure to redact the MP code if it's showing.

Here are the PM's I can see in my inbox.

After I saw a post from someone else confirming they received their coins I decided to just send him the MP code and my wallet address. After that I received the following.

After I didn't receive anything in my wallet and no replies to PMs I tried to use the MP to deposit to my Paypal account and it said the code has a $0 balance.

Alright, I'll accept that as proof of dispute. I'll hold off my transaction until yours is mediated by an objective party.

I'll move it over there.  You should have the option to move your own threads as well.  I've heard a little from him and sent another PM, waiting to hear back on that one.
