I am writing because I am unable to withdraw my bitcoins from TradeHill. Evidently, you can only withdraw if the amount is over 1BTC.

This is ridiculous. What does it cost them to let me withdraw my 0.53333 in bitcoins? 1k of data in internet bills?

At the present time I recommend using Mt Gox or if you feel adventurousness consider trying bitcoin7.com (I have tried them both and was happy).

Come on Trade Hill! Don't hassle small-timers like myself over some bitchange.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention.
We had the minimum withdrawal at 1btc when we were developing and hadn't reduced it.
We just adjusted it to .01btc for a minimum withdrawal.

Let us know if there is something that needs our attention and we'll get on top of it.

Additionally if you're considering bitcoin7 take a look at their site and you'll see that all the text is a direct rip off from ours.
I'm not saying they're trying to steal but I am saying that I wouldn't trust them with my money if they couldn't write their own text.

Regards,
Jered

Wow, you edited out your original post? That is definitely some anti-trolling right there, almost the antithesis of these forums.  Grin

We're getting so much volume if something does slip through you might have to remind us but we'll take care of it.
