It is a difficult choice. Especially ICO Qtum has not yet started. If you look at a team of experts and expertise in cryptography, then I choose Qtum. But at the moment I like the idea ChronoBank. I hope that the project will be successful.

If we talk about the comparison between Chronobank and QTUM, the progression of there project are both in good progress, yesterday only I read in their thread that this week will be the last round of their campaign, because of many issues happened. I don't know if this will affect their project. But even is last round of their campaign I saw that QTUM is still generous to their participants in the campaign, and that is good actually. Wish them good luck to their project.

Choronobank is related to Labour market and hence is restricted to a particular market on the other hand Qtum is about business in general and hence has a bigger market.
No doubt both are good projects but personally Qtum looks more appealing to me.
Choronobank is 100 Time token per btc which is too high priced.

Certainly it is one of the best campaigns I have ever seen, and this is probably having a very positive effect on marketing. But it's important to remember that what matters most to the market is the fundamentals, so I think developers need to do their best to deliver a good product.

Its token is over priced, and based on the edcon conference and it seems like qtum will be more familiar rather than Chrono bank project. You can see on their schedule and it's really clear for me.

Certainly it is one of the best campaigns I have ever seen, and this is probably having a very positive effect on marketing. But it's important to remember that what matters most to the market is the fundamentals, so I think developers need to do their best to deliver a good product.

I heard chronobank from facebook as I'm unexpected that they even advertise on social media although IMO many people especially my local people still not know what bitcoin is. But as chronobank really but an effort into massive advertising , it means that their project is promising !

It's not the marketing or the roadmap it's the implementation,I have seen ico coin that is only good in their promise but they ended up offering nothing at all,so we have to wait to see how this two ico coins fullfill their promise,they had a large marketing but some other ico coins also had huge marketing and ended up a shitcoin.

I will choose Qtum not because i wear Qtum Signature but the main reason is the price, is to risky buy altcoin with cronobank price i see many altcoin who run ICO can't survive, Qtum crowdsale not yet start but how much Qtum price will depend in how much fund will collected from ICO, and I see Qtum cofounder has prepare His project in long time.
