Hiring workers for a continous job, as many as possible, 2-5hours daily

A little bit on the job, it will get you involved with direct clients, speaking to them, understanding their requirements, sending proposals, and attending to their feedbacks.

To touch on what i read briefly, with regarding to scamming worries, we do have a proper registered company in Asia. If there is such a need, we are willing to have you officially employed by our company.(but i doubt there is since its part time jobs, but we are open). As to regards with escrow, our company is ready to put an amount of up to $1,000 for starters as a combined escrow as for payments to our workers. Of course, for us to do this, a-lot of prep job needs to be done as we have to prevent ourselves from having workers claiming monies in any case if it doesn't belong to them.

We are very selective to our customer service officers, as you will be the frontline to our clients. I will be on ICQ to attend to more inquries.

Besides that OP's past is not looking trusted, the job is interested. as few of users asked for escrow, I would also like to work with OP if he escrow some funds to secure his workers,

actually many people who reply this thread are interested in the job. however, the information is just a little. actually OP has mentioned above that if you are interested in the job, you can send him a private message. probably he wants to talk privatelY about the job.

If it is legal and ethical,there is no need for op to keep it a secret.When you hiring through public forum,you should post all details.

This is really quiet a suspicious move from op which is involve on account selling. If hes offering now for a job for the community and telling the salary is really a dcent one and also OP didnt mention fully on whats about on this job.If its legit then theres no need to hide or need for pm or any means.People should watch out on this,

ops claims:you will get work for him and so he will pay 3$/hr
ops intention:people will send money when a project strts and he will take money and run away and all blame of cheating on you.
Op can himself send proposals and get work done from his workers if he actually has.
You will get 3$ but a case will be filed against u for cheating someone by taking 300$ and no work delivery.

So he wants us to find projests for his clients on upwork? or is he playing a double game by asking few of us to find projests and rest of us to complete the projects?
Either way we are not fool to do something which we can do without his help.

I don't think he'll escrow anything. hiring people to spam in freelancing platfoms by sending proposals to every projects and get that job for OP. I am not even understanding why don't he and his employees make proposals by themselves..

Many newbies have threads like this just because of some intention and run away as they post alternative contact here so its have no worth just waste of time
