Pan cards are openly laying around in photostate shops, so I assume, they are millionaires. Right?

PAN Card is a unique permanent account number,To get a duplicate copy of Pan card you need to apply in Form 49A, Fill this form and paste your photos and after attach the ID proof and Residential proof as supporting documents.Submit it at pan card center in your city.

What are you goona do with it? you should explain why you need it in the post itself unless it is for something shady people might be interested, I would not recommend anyone to do this, not saying OP is fraud but its very risky in many ways can end up pretty bad.

Donot provide it can be misused for illegal work. Eg: fake bank acc/ online paperless bank acc/ paypal/ other works.
For 1$/5$ that is just 60rs or 300inr there is no need of giving your secured info. There are many other ways of making money.
If the op wants hacked pans then let me remind such PAN wont work as its reported lost and people get new one.

I think OP has to provide the details regarding why he can't use his own PAN and Aadhaar cards. PAN card number is very important and people may not know the value of it yet as everyone is trying to evade taxes. Better to stay away from this.

There was a thread in which a person was asking to buy an indian phone number verification sms for zebpay bitcoin wallet app.
The app also needs to bind your pan card to remove limitations. May be this person want to register your pan cards to zebpay and then transact thousands of $ in BTC.
