I am using Multibit Classic.

I did a transaction several hours ago:
https://blockchain.info/tx/4917e4f2ba74286e3c7894e518f616489d9dec1e87e3e873b428e442243f195f

Apparently the fees seem to be low (15320 satoshi). The recommended fees as per bitcoinfees.21.co right now is 93720 satoshi, which I think is unreasonable for the amount I am sending. Thus I would just like to cancel the transaction - is this something Multibit Classic can do?

I think you should wait till it get dropped from bitcoin network or you can try export the private key, import it to new wallet and resend it.

At this point I am unwilling to spend any higher fees, so sending it again from new wallet won't do much difference.

I think I'll just wait until it gets dropped.
