Well here in the Philippines we can buy some bitcoin instantly and we don't need some Identification card,
We just have to use the coins.ph wallet and buy some bitcoin using 7/11 then go and show them the code and pay for it.

Actually i have also registered on coins.ph few months ago but it looks like they need Philippine citizenship to get verified or to do any sell/buy so this can't be good option for everyone.

You are not so smart are you? If you buy with your credit card or debit card then the more need for the person to verify his or her identification online, something which the OP is trying to avoid. Before posting anything please try to understand the context of the thread.

There are lots of advantages if you really intend to do bitcoin-stuff of getting verified. That is if you do not intend to do it like a one-night-stand. Credit-card fraud has been there ever since, so better to get yourself verified. But to answer your question, you can buy here on the forum.

Unfortunatley exchanges are getting more and more invasive with KYC laws and banks are holding exchanges accountable.  I've bought quite a few bitcoins through local bitcoins and have nothing but good experience with them and the people I did business with.  I do, however, recommend that you only use cash deposit rather than something that the payment can be reversed (which ends up with you being scammed) since it's one of the easiest ways to verify that you paid with the site and the person you are buying from.

As far as i am concern, you can purchase BTC from your local community if you want to avoid exposing your personal informations publicly.
 You can also try buying it through PayPal,if you try to buy it online its more risky and just like what the OP says he has to give his driver's license and so on, and those things were your personal information, and what if they will use your personal info to pretend as you and then use it illegally? you will be at risk and in the end you might be put in jail for some reasons.

Its better to protect your anonymity no matter what happens, for your own safety purpose and for you to be secure as always.

I used Paymium.com and you can buy Bitcoins without ID verification, up to 2500 €. The limit include wire transfers to fund your account, the money earned from sales and bids. So for exemple if you fund your account with 1000€ then buy 1000€ of bitcoin, it's already 2000€ so you have 500€ left before you need to send documents for verify your ID. BTC-e codes are an attractive way of purchasing the Bitcoins. They can be purchased here in the marketplace section, or in other markets. I don't think that anyone will ask your ID proof, for purchasing BTC-e codes.

Paxful is always been the way to go. Also localbitcoin.com, there's a couple other websites that are not as trusted. if you're going to do this, depending on your method of payment, then take a look at Paxful and local bitcoins as your number one point of action then go from there.  Do not trust anyone here on the forum and especially if they throw the word escrow around, that means nothing when you cannot trust either of the two people involved.

Now on any normal exchange like livecoin they allow you to deposit funds using third party payment processor like perfect money , adv cash , etc. They do have a limit so follow that daily limit and you'll be fine. Another way would take a bit more fees but still works you should use coinmama i don't know now but few weeks ago i bought just by entering my details and some random passport number. I have heard they did add some selfie verification but I'm not completely sure about this. Or just stick with local bitcoins

Here in the Philippines you can buy bitcoin even from 7eleven, thanks to our local btc wallet coins.ph, though it is a bit more in terms of price compared to usual exchanges.

i think you can buy bitcoin with your friend near in your town or someone you know so you can buy bitcoin without verifying ID and this is the best thing that you can do. since i don't use credit/debit card, because this is too risk for me, i am prefer that way and i think its the most safe you can do to buy bitcoin. you know that person, you know who is he and you don't have to worried for anything.
