I mine with hundreds of boxes and am being redirected to Google which I assume means that Slush thinks I'm DDoSing (I'm not, obviously; I mine well into the GH/s range)

The boxes use poclbm/Stratum and are redirected by Stratum to Google. I don't think this applies to my other accounts so I believe this is an account limitation? What got my flagged and how can I fix and/or prevent it in the future? I'm not doing anything wrong that I know of?

depending on your ISP try simply resetting your internet connection (turn off for 5 mins then turn back on) this should give you a new IP address

It's just the account not the IP's.

See this - it probably explains what and why is happening:

in a nutshell - if you have too many open connections slush may think you're doing a DDoS. Solution: use the proxy and redirect all of your workers through it.
