This news story broke a few days ago but we have the reason why four were arrested for stealing electricity to supply their bitcoin mining operation.

Maybe the stole the electricity but there is no need for that in a country like Venezuela where electricity is almost free. This has to be something tied to their communist government.

They do have problems, only makes it worse for the people who stole the electricity. Why steal from your own people when they are struggling to survive?
