I have about 400 registered subscribers to my website name and email address.Is there away I can integrate them in a mailing list without putting them in manually.Is there a wordpress plugin that will do this,does Mailchimp do this.Any help will be welcome

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You need to export your users.   Read up on how to do that.  Then you can import them into your mailing list.
