wtf? 5 coins disappeared out of my wallet just now (mtgox)

Yea I know, it's the devil but I like to use gox because it is so volatile.
I was just watching it and 5 coins vanished, I have no idea where they went as my cash count is the same and I never made any sells for 5 coins
Anyone ever see this happen before?

Go to account history and pick Please choose which history you want to see: BTC. Then examine the last btc transactions. Also check the registered email address for notifications.

Then pick the move topic button in the lower left of this forum post page and move the thread to marketplace->economics->service discussions, after unchecking the move notification.

This happened to me a while ago (when they were lagging).

8 bitcoins (my entire balance) randomly went away. I contacted them, a long time later I got it back. After I missed a ton of potential flips. If I were you I'd withdraw any coins you do not absolutely and positively need on mount gox right this moment.

Yea, its really getting out of hand. A new, professional exchange needs to pop up, otherwise bitcoin will be doomed to crash every time the price goes too high and gains enough attention.
