Most of it I don't like.

I'll be happy when he lowers taxes.

The reason I don't like it is because he's shooting from the hip, making rash decisions without thinking through the correct approach or full impact.

Spending $25b on a wall between the border of US and Mexico is a foolish way to spend money and won't achieve the intended target of stopping illegal immigration from the south. Bush Jr. tried to do the same thing with a fence and did such a shitty job the fence stops at the slightest hillside. Walls can be beaten with ladders. Every terrorist to enter the country did so by plane. All drugs smuggled into the country come by way of tunnel. He could spend $25b giving more people border patrol jobs.

Banning immigration has been a foolish rollout - banning lawful residents from entering their Country. Trump should have spent 90 days figuring out how to implement an immigration ban correctly.

That's me...others?

So far, I have complaints only on his anti-abortion policy. This will create unwanted babies, burdening the state exchequer in the future (in the form of increased welfare payments). Other than that, he is doing pretty good. I wish him all the best!

There have also been studies showing that legalization of abortion has had positive socio-economic impacts on mothers who would be unable to care for and pay for a child born with out proper family assistance. Further there's been studies showing correlation between abortion legality and reduced crime 15-20 years later (the time at which a generation of "unwanted" children would have been old enough to commit crime). Causation has been debated.

This is less of a Trump agenda item and more of a core conservative Republican agenda item. It just became easy and convenient to stop funding for such items due to budget approval legislation that came through just as Trump started his term.

Is it really necessary to mis state the facts?

At issue is government paid versus private paid abortion, not the right to abortion.  Don't mistake it, I think strong arguments can be made for government paid abortion.

But "legalization of abortion" was decided decades ago, with Roe vs. Wade.

Reminds me of a army colonel I knew who said "Sonny we don't need the best plan, we just need a plan and we need troopers who will follow it and head up that hill and take that hill."  I admit to not arguing with him.  Ever.

lol...

In the army really can not argue with the commander. This can disrupt the plan of action, but do not forget that the plan was approved at the headquarters and at the time of his making sure there was a bet and selected the best strategy. Trump also thinks he's God.

I like everything he's doing now. I like the immigration ban, I like the abortion ban.

Only the mexican wall project isn't smart, but it's not a bad idea, just too expensive.

Do not believe! He is the worst President of America. Very soon you will see for yourself. Already America turned away almost all her allies. You lay great hopes on Russia? And it will help to create new jobs?

donald isn't doing anything. he's being told what to do by this steve bannon guy. how does a non elected racist with no qualifications end up in a key position running an entire country?

there will come a point where their actions directly clash with the constitution in some way. they're just not thinking anything through thoroughly enough, or they simply don't care or understand. none of these people seem to have any experience. it's gonna be very interesting to see who rounds on them when that happens. i hope it's everyone.

they really don't seem to get the difference between business and running a real country. you can only get so far by lying, bullying and threatening when the really important stuff is on the line. there are many millions of people who make up the apparatus. you can't fire them all and you can't cow them all either.

This comes on the heels of Obama and Hitlery being told what to do by George Soros, Obama and Hitlery flagrantly disregarding the rule of law and the constitution in many ways, and cowing and intimidating the entire country.

How can you ignore that reality?

Sorry but it does seem like cries of alarm are being raised when Trump works to correct the 8 years of mismanagement, intimidation and ignoring of the Constitution.

How can this be?  Maybe because the overall push is in the direction one likes or dislikes?

overall i am admiring the sheer speed that they're ripping through their pledges. but there's an air of unreality and unworldliness that's hanging around them. i'm not totally convinced they realise they're in charge of a real country and their actions have real consequences yet.

the previous occupants of the white house might have been bought and paid for stiffs, but there was an element of measure that seems to be lacking here.

From what I heard lately in his speeches:
America has been taken advantage of by other countries for the longest time.
He did state that enough is enough and he is not having anymore of it.

This did become apparent when Mexico president whom is hating him for taking American jobs out of his country when he sent him El Chapo Mexican drug lord to the states and said this was a "present from the Mexico government to the newly appointed president of the United States". This is purely a power move and a spat on the face of him because he said he wanted to keep the "mean hombres" out of the U.S with the action of building "The Wall" at the border to keep the criminals out. And what does he do in his first act towards the states? Send one directly to them. Roll Eyes
What the fricking heck is that? Unreal.  Sad
It is becoming as unbelievable as a Tele Novella soap opera the way this administration is turning out to be.

Trump's First Executive Order Guts IRS Enforcement "Frees Middle Class of Obamacare Penalties"

The shock wave is still reverberating.

President Trump is off with a bang, and Americans – for or against – are still processing his bold moves during his first days in office.

While most of the media attention is currently centered around protests and anger at Trump's "Muslim ban," and attempts to curb immigration, the policy that might hit closest to home and affect individual American's wallets is still the first executive order issued by Trump on day one – written in attempt to strip the IRS's ability to enforce penalties against households who don't buy individual exchanges in Obamacare.

Here's the language of the order:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) and the heads of all other executive departments and agencies (agencies) with authorities and responsibilities under the Act shall exercise all authority and discretion available to them to waive, defer, grant exemptions from, or delay the implementation of any provision or requirement of the Act that would impose a fiscal burden on any State or a cost, fee, tax, penalty, or regulatory burden on individuals, families, healthcare providers, health insurers, patients, recipients of healthcare services, purchasers of health insurance, or makers of medical devices, products, or medications.

If implemented as intended, it would relieve the middle class, small businesses and independent-minded Americans who are suffering the most from Obamacare – the millions of families who can't afford to buy insurance under the mandate, and who are penalized heavily on an increasing scale for not buying in.

If put into affect, it will certainly count as a victory, however temporarily, against the compulsion of the state.

via BillStill.com:

Judge Andrew Napolitano, writing in last week's Washington Times, explained the meaning of Trump's very first executive order – which was designed to destroy the teeth of Obamacare.

He is definitely an entertainer.  It shows a lack of political experience.  He cannot speak or write.
If I were him, I would just be quiet and do my job.

Although, I agree with most of his team wants to do, I'd tone down on the publicity.

This presidency will be one long soap opera with at least 4 seasons.

We don't care what he thinks about guy so and so, or what so and so said about Trump or what Trump replied on twitter.

He should shut the fuck up and do his job.

Poor baby. Trump's gettin' to you, ain't he.     Cheesy

Lol consider for a second the "sheer speed that they're ripping through their pledges."

Okay, so he's going to be through with that list pretty soon.

What THEN?  Are there more lists?  Where?  Whose?

Now that's either great or cringworthy, depending on your point of view.
