Have you heard of the Trump&dump bot? It automatically sells stock on his tweets

This is an interesting thing to see.
When Trump mentions a company by name in his tweets this bot automatically recognizes it and sells off that stock in your trading portfolio.
A company named T3 I think their called from the states created it and it is working for them. I think it is still in beta testing phase but it has generated accurate data with almost 95% successful rate of the stock market prices.
I believe this would be good for bitcoin traders too if it can be designed to watch twitter for any news that can affect the price of bitcoin and then automatically sell or buy on the exchange that you are on.
Or have I missed out on this and it has already been created?
Do not mind me if I got it wrong. I am just starting out in bitcoin exchange trading. Actually looking for a reliable exchange to join and start trading and I think I have found one but haven't put anything into yet unless something else comes along that's better.

Trump's comments about companies on Twitter doesn't cause downward pressure on said company's stock? Further, the guy tweets so much it wouldn't take for one's entire portfolio to be sold off.

it doesn't make sense.
if it has any kind of effect that is going to be positive effect, although it depends on what he said in his tweet for example if he mentions something positive about X the price of it should logically go up and if he said something negative it should logically go down because of the influence something like Trump can have because of him being a businessman before being a president.

I guess it is the same bot that posts the tweets themselves on Donald's behalf. As another poster said it earlier, Trump is a businessman before a president so someone has likely sold him this idea of making easy money from ignorant folks. The bot tweets some garbage about a random company and then (or even before then) starts selling or buying stock of the company (depending on what news it posts). We will certainly see a lot of fun in the next 4 years

Some stocks do take a little bit of a plunge right after Trump makes some remarks on them, be it Boeing which took a small dive due to his comment on the price of Air Force One and cancelling the order.

Though, I highly doubt anyone who isn't just screwing around with some money would follow the bots advice.

IBM has an operating system open source, LinuxOne, you should take a look at a video demo. It's just so crazy for trading. It uses twitter ( as you can monitor negative opinions,feelings ect with their algorithm),but not only. The system check multiple data loads, data from the S&P 500 and Tweets, streaming via Maria DB, MongoDB, Spark Analytics,PostgreSQL, ect

I would say that this is far from reality. I don't think the people who hold shit loads of stocks are that gullible to just follow a trading bot and especially if that bot bases its decision from a tweet of a crazy man (*shots fired*). Well, I hope not. If it does happen, we'll all be back here talking about how the trump tweet twit trading bot crashed the market.

Interesting idea but at the same time seems pretty random, plus there is no way to create that bot for bitcoin.
Which account would it monitor? Top tier politicians, celebrities, bitcoin advocates? Conditions will be totally different.
This "Trump bot" might have some kind of success rate in formulaic environment of stock trading but with bitcoin it would fail.
