How to be 100 safe - altcoin

Hello,
I recently bought some litecoin and i m using the online wallet  from  https://blockchain.info/.
I use 2 layer encryption with password phone and authenticator.
Still i receive feedback quoting that any online wallet can be hacked into even when you re using a Linux Host and madly strong passwords.
Fact also is that a company like https://blockchain.info/ could go bankrupt or just disappaer from the our planet whatever
My question is :  I would like to buy altcoin but i want to be 100 safe.
I guess i need a hardware device but here again i hear rumours about backups more then 2 terrabyte etc etc etc....
Does this mean i will need to buy several of them hardware devices if i buy more altcoin....Them things consume so much HD space....
Also i wonder about my online wallet at https://blockchain.info/
What do i do after  i exported all my products to them HD devices?  There s no link on https://blockchain.info/ with info how to delete an online account.
Still my data is upthere in them databases....
I also wonder what would be the best HD device for storing several altcoins on the longrun. I m talking about 10 years or something

There are no 100 percent safe way to store your coins. There are always risk associated with storing your coins. But dont worry hacking does not occur all the time and it doesnt occur to everyone. Its just like your bankaccount got hacked or you get robbed while walking down the street. Buying more hardware devices so you can have backups is just additional cost to your side since even with a back up you cannot still be 100% sure that it is safe. The disadvantages of storing your coins in desktop wallet or in your hardware is when your hardware get corrupted by virus or it was accidentally damaged. The best option that I can share to you is just use the web wallets but the key to lessen the risk is to place your coins multiple sites and in multiple addresses. That way the diverse method can protect all of your coins from being lost in just one event.

what you want to do with your altcoin? do you want save it for a while or you want to do trading with your altcoin? what altcoin you want to save? because i think its not good idea to only save altcoin for long term because the altcoin seems to have many times to go up and down and we don't want to get stuck if the altcoin is getting down too deep. my suggestion is you can use wallet from the market and doing trading for short term, don't save your altcoin for long term.

i think if you only want to save altcoin like eth, monero, dash, etc, doge, you can use jaxx wallet that available for pc version and android version and jaxx is safe for every people that want to save their altcoin.

blockchain.info is a bitcoin wallet, you can't use one for the other.

when you are online,  a simple key logger can steal your passwords and have access to your wallet, private keys and in one word your money.
and even if you use a strong password you are still putting your trust in a third party to have strong security in their encryption and storage.

you have access to your private keys which means even if you someday can not open blockchain.info website you can still spend bitcoin with the keys.

alt+coin is alternative coins which means alternative to bitcoin. in short any crypto currency that is not bitcoin is called altcoin.

don't know where you bring 2 TB! there are full node wallets such as bitcoin core which store the whole blockchain (don't confuse with blockchain.info the website) and the size of it is 100 GB

you can buy a hardware wallet, it is just a device.
you can also research what cold storage is.

Flash storage hold your information for 10 years max. So thats risky.

The best way to cold storage coins is:

Print out your private keys and vacuum it into plastic. Be sure the ink will last for 10 years. Buy special dvds which hold 100 years, burn the codes on it. And its done.

However i would never never want to hold alts 10 years. There is probably a chance of 1:10000 they will stil be traded. Techs goal is to get a monopol like microsoft, google, facebook or btc.

First off thanks for all the reply...
I ve read through my threat again and yes it looks chaotic.  I was actually talking about ALT-coin(litecoin, ether, darkcoin etc) not Bitcoin although what you are saying about https://blockchain.info/wallet  being only a Bitcoin wallet is not correct. I have coined stored here and they are not bitcoin.  
I m not a expert in any Coin and i m here to learn. Still experts here most understand that there s soo much info on the net which is great but for new people like me it creates confusion.  I m a future investor and i m grateful for all the tips i can find here.  All the reply's have been helpful. One day my plan is to start marketeering Alt-coin via videos  on youtube, dailymotion and Vimeo for my particular Country (I worked in E marketing for years).  I m no expert but i hope to become one.(this will take time i know)
I m a true believer .  This system is the future and the only thing that can tackle it is the fact that just like with banking you will need to take steps yourselve after buying coin. For so many non-IT people them things are too complicated although in reality the steps are not rocket science it  is just  a very different proces then what people are used in their local bank.  I m gonna manage certainly with the support from forums like this one i received much info here.... i have some IT skills but in my experience there is still a huge gap with the NON-it crowd.  That s where the most critics come from ,Most of them don t understand the system .
I was one of them non-believers 10 years ago when i was working for an IT company in Ireland. I had the chance to buy Bitcoin for a few euro but i didn't.
An ex-team mate of mine sold  50 % of his coins for more then 23 000 euros a few weeks ago.  So don 't get me wrong i m already a believer....
I m new and i m looking for the safest way as i m hoping to get both my brothers to invest as well.
For now my conclusion is that the best way to secure my coins is by using multiple E-wallets maybe in combination with a hardware wallet.(the wallet needs to be backed up every 5-10 years )
I m here on this forum to get on a level where i can help and explain  COIN to others(mainly non-it people) and i know i m very very far from that . My first tought was to store my Coins on an external drive then in a vault then wait for 10 years.  I already learned that is not gonna work.  Thans for the DVD idea. That is something i m gonna look into for sure
