This guy has just given me the key first and I redeem it. Surprisingly, the key works and I have just unlocked the retail version of CS:GO.
Vouch for this guy. However, I suggest it will be much safer if you use escrow instead of using hexpay link. Contact him directly on Bitcointalk and ignore the hexpay link

I don't know if you can play it on MAC, I believe is only for Windows.

Indeed the vouch shoudl probably be contacted. They are a vouch though and no one has posted evidence to say that he has scammed (evidence would be difficult to find without fuelling the scam).

Paypal can be reversed. If he is a scammer, then the transaction can be reversed. Otherwise, you could reverse the transaction after he gives the actual item and be short of $20.

Depends. Technically, as the money is still controlled by Ebay it could tecnically be reversed if you tell a believable story to the customer support (though it probably wouldn't be worth the $20).
